Overall impression

Relaxed freeride day. 850-1700m. N/NW. Poor visibility at the top. Not much going on, mainly tobogganers and ski tourers. Snow conditions above 1300m with a tendency to 3 stars, unfortunately not important as the views are poor. Ground contact on steep slopes or not always avoidable due to uneven distribution, but descent possible without fear. Snow quality the higher the better. The bottom is rather difficult in the morning, but good to ski, in the afternoon it turns into braking snow due to the onset of sleet below 1200m. Tomorrow you have to go higher for good snow. Avalanche situation quite ok, up to 1600m 2, above that 3. Nothing came up even on short, very steep crossings, but the terrain is also frequently used. But we also entered the Hochgrat Nordhang halfway up. With zero visibility of the 300 m of extremely steep, rocky terrain above you, I don't think that's the best idea. The rest was enough for me.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
