A little update on yesterday, a little walk with some snow and a lot of wind.

It was very windy tonight and all day. @1,400m about 7cm of fresh snow but between 0 in the forest and 40cm deep on leeward slopes. Underneath is still the crust from yesterday and the rain tonight.

Drifting snow and hard snow, ok in places...
Risks
Drift snow also collects on the fields below the tree line. Increasing with altitude.
Overall impression
Well, it still needs a lot, above 1,800m it certainly looks better than before, as soon as you can see something. But it will remain tricky.
