Snow condition
The overall snow situation is quite modest. However, the spring season in this area is guaranteed at high altitudes. The classics such as Birgkar, Weißkar or Lausköpf look quite feasible in terms of snow conditions. Mountain pine belts are usually closed!
Snow quality
Approx. 30-40 cm of loose, low-wind powder, more or less with sunstroke depending on the expo. The temperatures were cold and the dusting was pretty good. A dream for waving in any case
Risks
Watch out for drifts. A lot has come down from the steep HK south sides today, but you'll still have to watch out over the next few days...
Overall impression
Really fine day without enemy contact and with super powder
