Snow condition
Start with ski from garage at 385m with approx. 20cm well possible. Quickly becoming more. There is a good half at approx. 800m. Downhill to the front door. Only the day before yesterday would have been better.
Snow quality
Moist pow at the top. Friendly at speed. Still shootable on the north side. At 3 p.m. I was glad for snow traces on the meadows, otherwise I would have been pulled out of my shoes. Challenging on the sidewalk with one leg.
Risks
In the city area, the danger came from long steep steps and crossing the road. Then in the lower forest there was an acute risk of snow breakage. There was a lot in the way. Incorrect route planning, on the descent it was bushy and the undergrowth was noticeable. Sliding snow could become an issue.
Overall impression
Adventure mode on. After two big days on Friday and Saturday, I wanted to sleep in today. The snowflakes tickling the window in the morning thwarted my plans. Once in a lifetime with skis on the Lägerngrat! That won't happen again so soon. There's enough terrain to have fun. Tomorrow in the lunch break I'm sure I'll be able to do a round.
