Snow quality
Wind drifted snow
Intensity: no wind
Altitude: 2200 m – 2600 m
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
Triennial snow above 2200m Fish mouths. Some deep crevasses in the snow cover
Overall impression
Above 2200m in the northern and eastern slopes quite acceptable conditions. Then the drifting snow. Otherwise there was unfortunately too little precipitation. And yesterday it rained above 2000m during the day. The valley run on the ridge side is now closed. But there's still enough artificial snow and it's easy to get to Stählisboden. But it is currently no longer groomed.
