Snow condition

There was about 50cm of fresh snow in the whole of last week. Above all, the runs on the north side down to the valley floor are very good. On the north side even the best powder up to the bottom. On the south side, however, it was still green below 1400m a week ago. So there is hardly any base. It's much better on the north side. White Hare access is still very rocky, but the descent afterwards is finally perfect and there is still plenty of space!

Snow quality

Best powder on the north side. Finally it snowed without wind. The snow quality is very good on the north side from the top down to the valley floor. On the south side, however, a crust is noticeable up to 2200m. The sun already has a lot of power and the radiation is getting through the clouds.

Overall impression

Now there are finally top freeride conditions, but due to the time of year, the north side must be preferred. Descents down to the valley floor are still possible on the south side, very good on the north side.
