The rain on Friday made a good amount of snow disappear. Nevertheless, there is still a lot of snow for this time of year. Yesterday and today it was very warm again and even at night it didn't really go below 0 degrees at 1500 meters. An hour ago, the temperature plummeted and there was fresh snow.

Snow quality

Yikes. It was nothing today. You could surf a little over the top 10cm of slush, but on slopes below 30 degrees you could practically go straight down, the snow slowed you down.

Risks

Wet snow avalanches during the course of the day and brutally strong winds that blew one or two skiers over on the piste. A corresponding amount of snow was also transported. Tonight there's going to be a proper lid on top of which it's going to scream :(

It's nice to be back here. But snow and weather-wise it was nothing today. I can't wait to see how the week continues here....

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
