On the south side, everything is partly gone up to 1800 meters. In shady northern areas where the wind has dumped a lot of snow, there is still a lot lying around. But I wouldn't have expected more at this time of year in the ski resort.

Bad. I've been in the area for a week now and even at 1400 m it didn't go below 0 degrees at night. During the day at 2000 m it was sometimes over 10 degrees. Heavy rain up to 1800 meters then melted a lot more snow and further reduced the quality.

Risks

In keeping with the season. Everything was still quiet in the morning. From 12 o'clock onwards, the slipping started on the sunny slopes. Some slopes were closed due to wet snow avalanches and lifts were closed due to strong winds.

It was a wild mix this week. Sun, rain, snow and wind. Sometimes alternating in just a few minutes, there was very little activity on the slopes and next to the slopes there was practically nothing going on. Still very nice for a family ski week. Now it's time to strap on the touring skis and head further up...while it's still possible....

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
