Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

Settles quickly at this time of year. However, there were storms and large accumulations of drifting snow until the middle of the week, especially in the high mountains. However, the snowfall in the last 24 hours was with little wind.

Equal

Better than ever before this winter. Above 2000 m, the snow conditions are approaching the long-term average. There is hardly any snow below 1800m. The firstbahn is open to pedestrians. However, skiers are transported. Suitable for tours from First or freeriding to Bort on snow-covered slopes still possible. Kleine Scheidegg is still open. White hare has not been as good all winter as it is now. Schilthorn is also still great in the upper part. Schiltgrat is closed. In Grindelwald there was 10cm in the valley.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
