For this time of year it can hardly be better, 40-50cm at 2000m above sea level, until Sunday it snows another meter and it stays cold...just amazing!!!

A dream start here in Grindelwald, 40-50cm of snow cover on the Kleine Scheidegg, downhill skiing down to the valley possible, here it is about 35cm, in the alpine area a little blown away, beware of drift snow accumulations, below the tree line wonderful powder snow down to the valley, until Sunday there will be another meter of fresh snow, there is no better winter start..happy turns, Rinaldo Borra, mountain guide www.grindelwald-mountainguide.ch www.freeride-grindelwald.ch
