Another 20-30cm of fresh snow and, as predicted, a brilliant weekend here in Grindelwald

Snow quality

1 von 5 Sterne

Thanks to the cold temperatures -12 on the Kleine Scheidegg Canadian conditions, it hardly gets any better.

Risks

Moderate, watch out for the old fish mouths like on the variant "Oh God", see Freerideguide by Roger Fischer, this book is highly recommended!

Overall impression

Most of the variants on Kleine Scheidegg and First have been skied. There's snow again for the upcoming weekend - you can't imagine a better start to winter. No skiers are allowed on the Fristbahn at the moment! (piste preparation), otherwise the facilities on Kleine Scheidegg are currently also in operation during the week, happy turns, Rinaldo Borra, mountain guide, Grindelwald; www.freeride-grindelwald.ch

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
