Snow condition

The snow situation is heavily dependent on the altitude, as the heavy rain up to over 2000m has destroyed a lot. Below 1500m there is only a few centimeters. Almost green on the south side. Above 2500m the snow conditions are good for the season.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne

At high altitudes, the snow quality is good except on south-facing slopes. However, it is also settled. Below 2200m you can feel the frozen layer of snow underneath. At 2000m there are only a few cm of powder on the old snow layer.

Risks

low.

Overall impression

The variants in the ski resorts are gone. But those who can still ski up a few meters in altitude will still find free space, even if it's no longer completely virgin.
In any case, wait for more snow, especially at lower altitudes below 2000m.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
