Exposition
Snow condition
Snow conditions have hardly changed on the north side due to the 3 weeks without snowfall, everything that is turned more towards the sun often no longer has much snow. On the north side, the snow conditions are sufficient for almost all tours.
Snow quality
In the morning it was still nice cold powder on a compact base. If you didn't ski too steeply, you couldn't get through to the old snow cover if the terrain was flat. From midday onwards, the diffuse radiation also had a good effect locally on the north side and moistened the fresh snow
Risks
Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)
The problem of old snow is unfortunately still the greatest danger. Watch out for drift snow further up.
Overall impression
The fog often persisted above 2000m, so I did several laps below and finally skied on fresh snow again. Even if it was mostly only 10cm, this winter we are happy about every little bit in Tyrol
