Blown backs
Variations of snow cover

The snowfall at Christmas has made the valleys look nice and white, the situation has hardly improved for ski tours on the mountain and above 1800m you have to be careful not to catch any blown-off spots

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne
Powder snow

Even almost a week after the snowfall, thanks to the dry air, there is still good powder on the north side, further up with wind influence

Risks

No warning signs

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

On this tour, the danger is more likely to come from rock contact, old snow problem above 2200m still to be considered

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne
Equal

Still found good preserved powder, so skied up 3 times. There will probably be a bit of fresh snow in the next few days, so there won't be any major changes to the touring options, but perhaps the many tracks in Tirol will be covered a little again

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
