Snow condition
Snow conditions still very good. Still plenty of snow at the start of the tour, but nothing. Lots of snow in the cirque, so that pines are gone and steep steps can mostly be climbed on skis.
Snow quality
Everything was there, but all in all much better than expected. Slushy up to the first steep section, firn on grippy old snow on the steep slope up to the second steep section. Wind-pressed powder in the upper section. Ascent without crampons possible without any problems, 2nd steep step lots of snow and easy to do with a short bootpack.

Strong wind load in the upper area
Overall impression
Surprisingly good conditions in the cirque for the current situation. Nice slush and some powder further up.
