Thanks to machine-made snow, skiing is possible on some very narrow slopes. Away from the white lines, the current Candide Thovex commercial can be replayed very well. My hot tip for the GoPro group during the Christmas vacations!
Snow quality
After it was cloudy during the night, the artificial snow wasn't frozen in the morning and was quite nice to ride on until almost noon. But who wants to ski on artificial snow in December? During the course of the day, the slopes were pretty much scraped off again.
Risks
No snow, no avalanches! For the next two weeks, the main danger will come from low-tech tourists thundering uncontrollably down the slopes at high speeds.
