It's slowly coming together. I think the crevasses are halfway closed, but the rocks aren't really covered yet. On the Schmiedingerkees you can make your first turns in the pow, but as soon as you come down from the glacier, it's a bit of a crawl... All in all much better than last year at the same time

Snow quality was really good. About 70 cm of fresh snow with little wind influence. Fluffy, cold. Moist towards the bottom (under the Alpincenter)

Risks

Due to the flat light, I don't dare to make an assessment today. However, considerable amounts of fresh snow + wind in areas close to the crest should be a warning.

Jo really quite nice. As I said, unfortunately the light was really flat all day and the visibility was poor....
Tomorrow we'll try again, then there will be some good photos so that everyone can get an idea ;-)

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
