Poor, or between 1-2 stars.you can ski on the glacier, thanks to artificial snow you can get to the Alpincenter. There's practically nothing off-piste either, the park is up and running and looks good, but the snow conditions are poor for mid-November, so there should be something coming slowly.

Slopes ok at first, but quickly worn out. But can be worse in the fall, hence 2 stars.
Risks
Too little snow, you can forget about off-piste skiing.
Overall impression
Little snow, but relatively little going on. Slopes full but no queuing at the lifts.
You can do it, but you don't have to.
