Compared to Oberstdorf / Tannheimer Tal, the downhill runs in the rear Kleinwalsertal are still possible on forest roads up to the parking lot. On the mountain above 1500 meters snow conditions Ok.
Snow quality
In northern locations, you can still catch set powder above 1500 meters. A lot has already been groomed. All slopes that have received sun are now covered with crust/harsch. There may be some firn on the sunny slopes over the next few days.
Risks
Many slopes have eased up - which has opened up avalanche mouths. Tricky on descents. Keep an eye on the cornices in the ridges when it warms up during the day.
Overall impression
Nice sunny day in Bergen with some nice turns in the set powder.
