Snow condition
In Baad 10 cm new, at 1900m 15 cm, blown in up to 25 cm. Stream in north-facing valley completely open at 1400m. Ridges and areas in corresponding exposures blown off, e.g. Güntlespitze summit slope.
Snow quality
Above 1500m good, below that increasingly difficult, on the way to Baad (midday 5° plus) bad braking snow, I can still feel my arms ;-) Unfortunately, you almost always got through to the base, but it was load-bearing and fortunately not very hard.
Risks
Safe up to over 35°, no sluff, the relatively moist fresh snow was quite well bonded with the old snow. Drift snow is to be observed and there are good cornices on some ridges. There were also a few old gliding snow mouths to be seen.
Overall impression
Finally skied a long-awaited gully today in good conditions, therefore subjectively 3 stars. I was back down by lunchtime, unfortunately only then was it nicer, but still had good snow and no stress looking for a parking space. Even on Thursday you don't need to drive to Baad after 11...
