The base will last us until the end of March and will be fun. We have a solid ceiling right down to the valley.

Many slopes that were only lightly covered with the last snowfall, so you can only advise against making a turn through the avalanche cone. On the south side, the sun has thawed the snow considerably and the surface is compressed, creating a spring-like atmosphere. 10 - 15 cm of powder lies on top of a hard cap on the north side. Homogeneous and nice to ride, stark powder contrast to the south-facing slope.

Risks

Anything that could cause danger has already completely disappeared and can be observed in the countless cones. There were no signs of danger. The only danger comes from large cornices in the summit area, where you should not walk right up to the edge, and some of the gullies on the ground side are full of drifting snow packs that are easy to disturb.

Fantastic weather, ideal conditions for a tour and safe conditions!

Very worthwhile with the small powder layer in northern exposure...

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
