Nochmal ein genialer Powdertag, im kl. Walsertal, bei einer nicht alltäglichen Skitour.

Unchanged. Largely free choice of route and descent into the valley possible. No stone contact, with reasonable tracks. There is less than average snow in the Kl. Walsertal, but compared to other areas, it's quite good here.
Snow quality
This time we weren't just mainly on the north side. That's why we encountered all types of snow that you can find in spring. Once again great powder on the north side, just like last Sat.
Risks
This time, the Vorarlberg two-man was perfectly fine. The sun was often behind a fairly compact umbrella of clouds and so the "diurnal" warming was limited. Quite a strong wind from the NW in the summit area, but we didn't see any snow plumes.
Overall impression
Already quite heavy powder due to the warming, but still very rewarding overall.
