Start from 1100 meters with sufficient snow. You can't complain this year. On the sunny side - of course, it's already over in the valley.

Overnight there was another 5cm in the valley and at 2300 meters some 20-25 cm of fresh snow. The sun was really steaming. From 10:00 / 11:00 the slopes with sunlight were unfortunately more or less cardboard snow. North-facing slopes top. The fresh snow lay down on a wet, soaked snowpack between 1500-1800 m on a hard base above, but still nice to ride on.

Risks

Somewhat tricky due to the warming during the day, the new snow cover at night became heavy and there were isolated small to large loose snow avalanches on steep slopes.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

Started early in the morning with heavy cloud cover and the sun came through in no time at all. The fresh snow overnight and the racy steep descent in Elfer Nordrinne made it a super day.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
