Snow condition
From Unterjoch (approx. 1070m) there is still enough snow on the piste at the bottom. No continuous snow cover on the south side up to the top (1600m). The grass also came out in places on the roughly east-facing summit slope. Wertacher Hörnle opposite will soon be completely snow-free at the bottom.
Snow quality
Wet, but not bottomless wet and smooth to ride. Quite nice.
Risks
Absolutely harmless on the tour. Relatively many smaller, presumably older slides from Ornach. Nothing really big.
Overall impression
Nice short tour with the prospect of bigger destinations for the next few days.
