Lots of snow. Only the south side is lean in some places. Forest paths are not yet free of snow. Only 2 min hike from the parking lot at Gasthaus Schwendle. No stone contact in the gully.

Slopes exposed to the south east south and south west soften very quickly. It's best to leave before 11 a.m. then you'll get great firn snow. In the Elferrinne it was still old powdery at the top but warmed up and compact quite quickly. Still very good to ski. A few places are icy or have a cap ... but these are easy to ski around. Slush at the bottom

Risks

Up the mountain early and down again early. If you're looking for firn, you have to hurry. It also got softer in the Sekror Nord due to the warm wind. Ground avalanches on steep grassy slopes, mostly south-facing, wet snow avalanches, cornice break on the Elfer

Those who go even higher or find even more sheltered gullies will be rewarded with alpine powder. At the moment, however, it is just as interesting to ski on firn
