Snow condition
So at the top, i.e. from 1700m upwards, it would certainly be quite nice if you wanted to ride steeply and you could still see something. Below that, you're dealing with still rideable but increasingly globby glob-pow. But, seriously, who's complaining when Ullr delivers such a nice second helping? 4 stars, just for Ullr's insight and the amount (certainly >1.50m) that it still has at altitude (from 1600m).
Snow quality
As already mentioned above, rather globby at the bottom. At the top, however, it already has a nice powdery feel. All in all, of course, Pow of the heavier variety.
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
Uiuiuiii... well, you can always see sliding snow cracks on steep grassy slopes up to 1900m. But I didn't notice any avalanche activity. Overall, the snow seems to have fallen with very little wind - at least there was little wind at the top when it was snowing. The main dangers are: - getting stuck in heavy powder - low visibility - critical amount of fresh snow definitely reached. From 1600m upwards, certainly >50cm - when it gets warm again, there's bound to be more...
Overall impression
Yes, well, I don't know what you're doing, but I'll take as much of it as I can.
