Kleinwalsertal has enough snow for downhill skiing in Baad up to the car. above 1500 m good basis. Unfortunately, some of the steep grassy slopes on the sunny side have been hit by massive avalanches which have ruined these slopes for the whole winter season.
Snow quality
pure north-facing slopes between 2300m - 1600m powder with small hard sludge on it but good to ride also in east and southeast hanging firn towards noon but below 1500 m no matter what expo prevails you will find broken harsch of the "finest"

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
Relaxed - ground snow avalanches have already come loose.
Overall impression
Walser Loop primarily north-facing slopes. The last few days have been busy here. Today was not busy. Cold start in the valley. Wonderfully sunny on the mountain. Ascent tracks hard / crampons helpful. Or simply new tracks.
