As the last snowfall was some time ago, you have to think about which tour is feasible. We started from Rinnen, where there was about 10-20cm depending on the exposure. The ascent was easy via the forest path, but the snow conditions in the forest were pretty poor and below 1400m it was not really possible to ski. The summit and ridges were partly blown off and snow-free. However, the slopes from the summit to the Ehenbichleralm were very good to ski, as this tour is often skied, the descent was rather slope-like, depending on the line chosen.

It was all there today: hard, soft snow and well-packed powder in a north-facing exposure. However, the quality was better than expected, around midday and around 6 degrees in the sun you could ski the slopes pretty well.

Risks

According to the LLB it was pretty relaxed, steep gullies are good to ride, we skied a slope with about 35 degrees today, no slide or observations.

A really beautiful day, pure sunshine and a great tour.
At the moment, unfortunately, there's no more in it, so I'm finally wishing for fresh snow.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
