You can go ski touring, but it's very thin at the bottom, especially in the forest. Good snow conditions above the forest today, no contact with the ground and no concerns. At the bottom it seems to be thin everywhere at the moment, up there it varies locally.

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne

About 15cm of settled powder on the shaded side at the top, a bit slow but nice to ski. Wet on the sunny side up to approx. 1900 meters, above that a layer of harsh snow. Doesn't look like it would be a pleasure to ski down.

Risks

I perceived them as relaxed, but they weren't super high either (approx. 2200 meters).

Overall impression

Tomorrow will certainly be good conditions for more alpine activities. In terms of skiing, it is slowly becoming less interesting again, the snow quality is suffering and there is also a lot of snow off the absolute standard routes.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
