Ski tour to Bleispitze from Obergarten (Lermoos) just possible with skis without carrying. Very good snow conditions above the Alm. There is still plenty of snow on the south-facing slope, but it is slowly starting to thin out in exposed areas.

Firn
Jelly snow

The entire descent at 11 o'clock from top to bottom was buttery soft 5* firn! The south-facing slope was certainly firn-covered by half past 10/10 o'clock. In the shade everything was rock hard

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

Top firn on the south side and as it is still only March, a very long window of opportunity for good conditions. Hard on the shaded side. It soon gets thin at the bottom with the persistent warmth.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
