Perfect. From the PP, on the ascent and descent, not a stone was caught. Unrestricted choice of route possible. Above-average amount of snow in the area.
Snow quality
Perfect. Fresh snow fell overnight, on a firm and grippy base, without much wind influence. In the valley about 2cm, then quickly increasing. At 2000m approx. 10cm.
Risks
Relatively relaxed, at least until midday, as contrary to the weather forecast, no sun came out yet. The fresh snow was well bonded to the old snow cover and no slides could be triggered even in very steep passages, then it was quite sunny and very quickly got warmer, which meant the first loose snow slides, and those who were back this morning found very good and safe conditions.
Overall impression
Perfect ski day, perfect tour, perfect conditions, but very busy on the mountain. Together with us there were over 30 people. About 1/3 of them also skied the north gully. Seems to be a fashionable tour ... The conditions in the gully are very good at the moment. Lots of snow with good grip and the normally icy steep steps are completely covered in snow. For 5 stars it should have been colder and less busy
