I give it 5 stars here. Such great firn on such beautiful and steep slopes - amazing. Clearly the fun was short-lived. Early start at 5:30 am / 11:00 am back in the valley. After that it was over. The wonderful firn turned into a heavy swamp.
Risks
Some sliding snow avalanches have already occurred in the last few days. Daytime warming increased the risk of avalanches again.
Overall impression
Super day ! With Wasseefallkarspitze the right tour with beautiful slopes was chosen. Best firn can get
