Best snow is in the treeline... still some powder with a thin melt freeze crust on the surface. Not enough thick to disturbe riders...
Snow quality
Above the treeline, the snow cover has been strongly wind affected. The snowpack base is made up by persistent weak layers. Where the snow cover is thicker, the middle part of the snow cover is well consolidated. Below the treeline, the first part of the snow cover is moist and on the snow surface there is a thin melt freeze crust.

Overall impression
During the week it was fantastic. The thin crust covers the powder but it gonna be better with the new forecasted snow!!!
