Mother Hulda in the Lötschental too! Get out the really thick boards!

Snow condition
A good amount of powder has fallen on an average base over the last few days. This morning alone there was around 40cm of new snow. The strong wind of the last few days is noticeable on the backside. Descent including treeruns without ground/rock contact possible.
Snow quality
Dry powder, top class! And all the way down to the valley....
Risks
Avalanche warning level 4: Understandable due to the amount of fresh snow and the wind over the last few days. Therefore, and also because of the poor visibility, we were out and about in the area close to the piste. Troughs and gullies are now well filled and should be treated with caution.
Overall impression
If the visibility hadn't been so poor, I would have given it 5 stars. I've never experienced such powder in the Lötschental, which was already sloshing in my face on the first turn.
