10 cm fresh snow
Descent through forest

Today was probably one of the last tours in the Mangfallgebirge without walking and cycling routes. The 10 cm to 15 cm of fresh snow only look like winter. The rising temperatures and possibly the rain will quickly affect the manageable base (also on the north side).

Snow quality

Powder snow

The 10 cm to 15 cm of fresh snow came in the second half of the night with sub-zero temperatures and weakening winds. The fresh snow is perfect for skiing, although it is mostly on a hard surface.

Risks

North North-Eas East

Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)

The drift snow packs caused by the wind are minor and quite easy to see.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne
Worse

Another better day than expected and probably one of the last to ski from the car.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
