Exposition
Snow condition
Around 30 cm+ of fresh snow. Many areas were bare before the snowfall. Where there was still snow, it was possible to ski reasonably today without losing material. As the time window was limited, I didn't experiment and stayed in the terrain with an existing base. Terrain traps are an issue, as they have been all winter.

Snow quality
It was sleeting with varying intensity more or less the whole time today. This made for fast descents. Blunt drift snow was not an issue on the descents. In the afternoon, the snow got a bit wetter towards the parking lot. Probably due to the fog.
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
Terrain traps were the main danger on alpine meadows. The considerable amount of sleet could become a problem in the steeper north-facing terrain the next time it snows.
Overall impression
Late start, another winter feeling, good lines and no people. That's why I got my personal 4th star today. Maybe I should leave the camera at home more often if the days turn out like this ;). The conditions will stay like this until the first ray of sunshine.
