December 02 and a tour start at valley level is already possible :). At the start in the early morning there was about 30 cm of fresh snow, which quickly increased as the altitude rose. From 1200 m it was already around 50 cm +. The base is now decent. It's still too little for the denser forest, but it's getting there.

Powder snow

Lots of fresh snow without wind and super fluffy. It could hardly be better.

Risks

Much fresh snow

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

Up to our altitude, the situation was quite relaxed. In steeper terrain, you should pay attention to the sluff. The overall situation will change as the wind picks up. LWS 3 from >1600 m.

Overall impression

5 von 5 Sterne
Equal

Early December, a good base for meadow cruising, intensive track work, the finest powder on the descent and constant snowfall without wind during the entire tour. For me personally a full 5 stars!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
