Gargellen ... There is actually still some pleasant snow with touring support.

You can get down to the valley without any major problems, rock contact is extremely rare and more likely to be found in the lower altitude meters + south-facing slopes. In general, it's a nice base ... which hopefully will stay with us.
Snow quality
We still have a reasonably nice rideable po.... Can you call it powder? I would have said quite fluffy snow that has just scraped past a light layer of harsh snow. But on the whole, the snow alternates with icy patches. But you have to get above the 2200m mark for the even more pleasant snow.
Risks
We were able to see a great deal of damage and cracks. Many ridges etc. are actually very empty ... but then you find the snow in the gullies and what has not yet gone could break loose at any time. Caution and good tour planning are an absolute must.
Overall impression
Quite a nice day to build up your fitness ... It was more like a spring tour than one in high winter. But as always, great people and good food make up for everything ;).
