Well, you can ski many or actually almost all tours in these areas. On south-facing slopes there are sometimes small grass patches on blown-off ridges.
Snow quality
The south-facing slopes are very rough right up to the top. Partly already enough of a character. The north is still quite soft and easy to ski.
Risks
This is actually the reason for the CR. There are large areas of frost at almost all altitudes in the Gau valley. Not a problem at the moment, but I would be cautious in shady sectors as this will certainly increase in the coming nights.
