Above 2000m you can still do quite a bit, below that it looks a lot worse. In general, everything is quite hard and so you don't have to worry about breaking through anywhere. It looks very bad in the forest.

Snow quality

I'd like to give it a half because it was more than just shitty. Actually, everything was extremely hard, but when there was a softer section, it was usually interspersed with hard snow. There was a lot of snow yesterday and now it looks like a bomb has hit and is also more than hard. Unfortunately, we couldn't even find any good snow in the northern gullies.

Risks

Today everything was safe as the sun didn't come out and everything remained as hard as the night had left it. Tomorrow, when it suddenly gets warm, it could be very dangerous.

Overall impression

Today was a pretty shitty day. We're already sitting in the car. No visibility, kak snow and then the temperature plummeted. Could have been nicer.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
