There is generally a lot more snow than the last few years at this time of year. At altitudes above 1600m I would give it a good 3 stars, but below that there's nothing really to be had off-piste (at least on the Golm). Further up, however, it's a dream.

On the north side, the north-facing slopes are incredibly hot pow. And it's so beautifully homogeneously connected that we even ventured onto the 45+ degree slopes....a dream. Otherwise it gets slushy pretty quickly. If you want beautiful snow, you have to walk.

Risks

From our point of view, it was pretty safe on the northern slopes. In general, nothing worried us.

Overall impression

5 von 5 Sterne

It was simply awesome this weekend. Today we were able to ski slopes that we usually avoid because of the avalanche situation. Sun, pow, great slopes and super people ... what more could you want. For me, this weekend was my best of the season.

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
