Very good ski touring conditions
Snow condition

Overall impression
Snow condition
From 1700 m on the shaded side still magnificent. From 2000 m perfect in all expos. But the snow has started to disappear. There are around 2 m. Ridges and exposed areas are partly free. If you have time, pack your skis and go touring. Conclusion: "Conditions like this happen on average every 10 years!"
Snow quality
Generally typical spring conditions. Well frozen in the morning and softening with the sun during the day. Up to 1700 m it was not boggy! Above 2500m, there is a lot of powder on the north side.
Risks
The first spring conditions. The sun came down the chute in the late morning. They accompanied us all day and moved with the sun. Medium or large avalanches can already be seen in the typical avalanche tracks. Everything is not down yet!
Overall impression
Top snow conditions, manageable avalanche conditions and bluebirds in pleasant temperatures always make a day in the mountains perfect.
