Around the Wiesbadener Hütte (2450m) it is slowly turning white. From 2700m upwards, there is actually a blanket of snow throughout. From about 2900m we had about 40cm of snow. There the stones are already covered and the first crevasses of the glacier begin to disappear! ATTENTION!
Snow quality
Everything included. From powder at the top to sulz further down.
Risks
Went quite well. We were even able to start the ascent to the summit (+45 degrees) with a clear conscience. You can tell that there was little wind influence during the snowfall.
Overall impression
Good first impression of the season. Looking forward to more.
