Snow report Montafon, 10/21/2016
High above the Montafon, the mountains are already covered in snow! Some ski resorts are already helping out, although artificial snowmaking is officially permitted from November 1st. Biking or hiking is definitely even more interesting.

The ground is still very warm up to over 2,000 m and there is de facto no snow. Freeriding and ski touring still seem a long way off.
