It already exists, the one you called snow, but it is rare and meagre ... 54cm on the mountain? No way!!! Off-piste is possible, but with frequent stone contact.
Snow quality
Well, on the piste it's hard artificial snow that's already flat ice by midday. Off-piste, it's a game of chance whether you're skiing on quite passable snow or stones.
Risks
Many mouths are wide open (see pictures) and there are also a few smaller losses. However, I would only worry about long, steep slopes, as there is usually only 10 - 15 cm of snow.
Overall impression
Unfortunately, the off-piste skiing turned out to be totally stupid after several stone contacts and so the hard slope was worked on, which was, let's say ... well.
