Yesterday there was another 10-20 m of fresh snow. In the lower areas there is now 20-30 cm and in the higher areas up to 50 cm. The wind has been raging on the ridges and fluctuating strongly.
Snow quality
The snow is soaked up to almost 2200 m and difficult to barely rideable. It is not yet recommended due to the base as you are constantly breaking through. At the very top you can make a few turns in beautiful snow.
Risks
Clear addresses can be seen on some of the slopes. A larger descent has also already happened in the area. All in all, I would ride rather defensively and stay on the slopes for the next few days.
Overall impression
Nice first day for this season to get used to the bike. If there's more to come over the next few days, you'll have a very good starting point. Now you just have to get this new CR mask under control, it's a disaster here.
