Rain + warmth = the snow recedes further. Even smaller bushes and stones are clearly visible, with every turn on grass slopes the vegetables come out. Reports from Revelstoke with a 2.5m base are clearly an outrage.

Snow quality

Pu well...in spring you are also happy about soft slush. It's just warm, soft, heavy... nothing with fresh new snow. Or there's hardly any opportunity to ride off-piste.

Risks

Due to the warm temperatures, everything is soaked even at higher altitudes around 2000m. According to the display on the Golm, it's level 5 today. To be honest, we haven't seen any slides, but it's really wet. The forecast wind started in the afternoon.

Overall impression

Help, the Christmas curse strikes again! "Tropical" plus degrees turn the snow into a slushy, shrinking mass. The rain reached up to 2000m today and unfortunately made powdering impossible. Unfortunately, it's set to continue in the same way tomorrow. So you can celebrate Christmas at home with peace of mind. There's not much to miss.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
