Hochjoch ... zero visibility but quite acceptable snow

Snow condition
First of all, sorry that the pictures are a bit poor at the moment, but my cell phone can't cope with the cold...they're all gone. Below approx. 1200m there is still far too little for the off-piste sportsman, but further up it is getting better and better. There are a few bare patches on the ridges.
Snow quality
The snow was quite good as it was cold and windy, no hard snow could be detected.
Risks
Due to all the accumulations of drift snow, powdering in seductive gullies is very dangerous. Otherwise, you can expect loose snow that is not necessarily bound.
Overall impression
There was hardly any visibility, some mouths were packed with drift snow and so it wasn't exactly safe off-piste. In general, tomorrow will probably be much better.
