The foehn has been raging. Apart from that, not much has changed since Sunday. The new snow has spread in all directions and in many runs the streams etc. are open. Open. There is still a lot of base missing.

Windswept at the top, beautiful snow in the forest at the bottom, it varies extremely over a few meters. Some places are completely bare, others are very deep. In general, however, you can ski well everywhere.

Risks

For skiers in particular, today was a hoarse day. Many small to medium-sized spots were prone to problems. There were quite a few upper layer slides in the area. These drift snow packs are super easy to disturb, and two of the group kicked off small packs today. We then went into the forest. There is no snow there, but the existing snow is good for skiing. Less wind and not very susceptible to disruption.

A day with the handbrake on. There was just no good feeling in the open terrain.

One of those 3 days that are quite hot for us skiers.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
