From Peak to Peak Linie J Patscherkofel-Nordkette

Snow condition
Above 1300m you can already ride quite well offside and in the light forest. But the ground should not be too stony. Below 1200m you can ride on forest paths and meadows, otherwise not recommended. There has been 20-30cm of fresh snow on the Patscherkofel and 40cm+ on the Nordkette since last night and throughout the day. Due to the large number of skiers, some of the valley descents are on forest and meadow surfaces, but you can get through quite well and no longer need stoaski.
Snow quality
Fine powder, we were only in the forest and mountain pine terrain, so no wind influence. The powder was fine all the way down to the valley.
Risks
Observed a few Lockerscheer slides.
Overall impression
We had a wet day with powder and bus rides as the cable car to Seegrube wasn't open in the morning, so we went with the Ivb-Racing Team to Patscherkofel and shredded a few treelines there. At lunchtime we went back to the Nordkette where some face shots awaited us, but only the upper part was enjoyable, the rest was a mountain pine slalom or mogul slope, all very fast.
